Counsel Gerald is a senior Lawyer and Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and other subordinate courts. Gerald has vast knowledge ranging from legal to business and investment advisory services. He has experience working with Uganda Revenue Authority, Lecturing Business and Law as well as legal representation in several high -profile cases.

Gerald holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, Post- Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law development Centre, Bachelor of Business Administration (Makerere university Business School), CPA, MBA and LLM from Cavendish University.
