Aggrey Barusya Mwesigwa is the Managing Director and founder of Dream Immigration Masters. He is a Lawyer and International Relations Expert. He is an immigration and investment advisory consultant based in Kampala-Uganda. He is also a communication expert having worked with national Broadcaster for over 10 years, legal researcher and refugee law expert.

He holds a Masters in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies from Makerere University, Bachelors Degree in Law from Bishop Stuart University (Honors 2ND Upper Division), Diploma in Human Rights from Law Development Centre (1ST Class), Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Makerere University (Hons. 2ND Upper) and Post-Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication from Makerere University (2ND Upper).
